Our e-commerce platform is developed using software from LightSpeed. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. LightSpeed has access to your data to provide us with technical support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, LightSpeed is required to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. LightSpeed uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. LightSpeed reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve the service.

 

 

Web hosting

 

Lightspeed

We use web hosting and email services from LightSpeed. LightSpeed processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. For our regular business email traffic, we use the services of Office365. Payment processors

 

Mollie

For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and place of residence data, as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in that context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than is permitted by law.

 

Shipping and logistics

 

DHL

When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL for the delivery. For this purpose, it is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence data with DHL. DHL only uses this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. In case DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also provides your data to these parties.

 

POSTNL

When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of POSTNL for the delivery. For this purpose, it is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence data with POSTNL. POSTNL only uses this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. Snelstart

For our administration and accounting, we use the services of Snelstart. We share your name, address, and place of residence data and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Snelstart is obliged to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Snelstart does not use your personal data for other purposes than those described above.

Marktplaats.nl

We sell (part of) our products through the Marktplaats.nl platform. If you place an order through this platform, Marktplaats.nl shares your order and personal data with us.
