Unique on the European market is that we use a 100% copy of the original eyelets that connect to your windshield fasteners. They provide an excellent fit — for example, when you have the early fasteners, you really need to press the button to release the top, instead of it just falling off. Other manufacturers use rope eyelets that are always too large and don’t fit properly.
This premium Olive Drab Canvas Cotton Duck is manufactured in the United States by one of the original wartime producers. The fabric is treated with a copper sulfate impregnation, providing waterproofing and mildew resistance, while also giving it the distinctive authentic canvas aroma characteristic of traditional military-grade materials.
This canvas is identical to the type historically used by several British manufacturers that have since ceased production, making it ideal for repairing, restoring, or extending existing canvas equipment or structures.
Please note:
Minor dark stains or discolorations may be present. These are not manufacturing defects, but natural results of the production process and materials used. The fabric may also exhibit a slightly greasy texture and darker areas, which are normal and unavoidable characteristics of genuine copper sulfate–treated canvas.
